Help children develop good savings habits by introducing them to our First Savers account. The First Savers account is a regular savings account that is geared for children under the age of 18. A minimum deposit of $10 is all that is needed to get kids on the path to saving money and making good financial decisions.
Features of First Savers:
- $10 minimum deposit to open account
- Free gift at account opening
- No minimum balance
- No account fees
- Six transfers per month, with a maximum of three withdrawals by draft, point of sale or similar order. (Item charges will apply if these limits are exceeded.)
- One level of interest is paid on the account.
- ATM withdrawals are unlimited at ATMs owned by First National Bank South Dakota or its affiliates
- Free online banking, including e-Statements and Priority Alerts
