Small Business Loans to Keep You Growing

Whether you need funds to establish or to grow your business, or to purchase equipment, inventory or a building, First National Bank South Dakota's Small Business Banking Department offers a loan product to meet your needs. In addition, as a Preferred SBA lender, we can help determine if SBA lending programs are for you and speed your application and funding.

SBA Loans

Whether you are starting, building, or growing your business, First National Bank South Dakota, in conjunction with the U.S. Small Business Administration, is here to help.
First National Bank South Dakota is a certified SBA Lender. An SBA guarantee may help you obtain longer terms and lower rates than what may be offered with other loan programs.

Your First National Bank South Dakota Business Banker can help you decide if one of these SBA programs makes sense for you:

  • 7(a) Loans: For start-up, expansion, equipment purchases, working capital, inventory or real estate acquisition.
  • LowDoc Loans: For loan requests up to $150,000.
  • SBA Community Express Loans: Loans up to $150,000 for businesses owned by women, minorities or veterans or which are located in low to moderate-income areas.
  • 504 Loans: For long-term, fixed asset financing through certified development companies.

The U.S. Small Business Administration web site has more information to help you decide if a SBA loan may be right for you and your business.
